 Arthur Hammer, an American, 20th Century artist who began painting at the age of 29, in 1960, and continued painting until his death in 2012. During his lifetime he worked in multiple disciplines, and he painted and sold hundreds of paintings to loyal patrons, and collectors throughout his career.
